Would you like to re-register a package? NMVO can help you with this. A package can be re-registered within 240 hours (10 days) after deregistration.

Do you have less than 24 hours to re-register a package? Fill out the form and then contact NMVO by phone. We will then process your request urgently.

The following conditions apply to re-registration:

1. The packaging is returned to the wholesaler. Packaging returning to your own stock does not need to be registered again.
2. The period of 10 days (240 hours) has not yet expired at the time of filling out the form.
3. All requested information has been fully entered in the form. Incomplete forms will not be processed.

NMVO makes every effort to process your request as quickly as possible. However, if a request is submitted shortly before the 240-hour deadline expires, NMVO cannot guarantee that the packaging can be re-registered in time. Therefore, no rights can be derived from this service.
