EMVO rapporteerde vandaag een storing tussen het NMVS en het EMVS. Een deel van de transacties wordt niet afgehandeld door het EMVS en geven een “Temporary System Failure” 01 foutmelding.

Some requests to the EU Hub are not going through, resulting in an 01 error message – “Temporary System Failure”. This may have a possible impact on OBPs’ and National Systems’ transactions with the EU Hub. The issue is currently being monitored and remedial actions are being undertaken to bring it fully under control. More information can be found at the EMVO website.
Komende tijd verlopen veel certificaten van eindgebruikers voor het NMVS, hierover zijn mails gestuurd met instructies en automatische reminders vanuit het NMVS.
Het nieuwe certificaat dient in uw softwaresysteem geïnstalleerd te worden. Instructies voor het downloaden van het certificaat zijn hier te vinden. Mocht u het certificaat al geïnstalleerd hebben, hoeft u verder niets meer te doen. Wij ontvangen dan wel graag een bevestiging op info@nmvo.nl.
Mochten er nog vragen zijn of wilt u liever telefonisch contact, kunt u dit ook per mail laten weten. Wij proberen dan zo spoedig mogelijk contact met u op te nemen.
Op donderdag 24 december is er tussen 10:00 en 10:30 een tijdelijke vertraging geweest van het NMVS. Niet alle verbindingen konden tijdig worden afgehandeld.
De NMVO heeft het probleem direct doorgegeven aan haar softwareleverancier, het probleem is daar snel verholpen. De onderzoek naar de oorzaken loopt.
Slowdown of the NMVS performance
We would like to inform you about a slowdown of the system performance on the PROD environment of the Netherlands. The slowdown was caused by connection pools running full. The problem was reported at 10:00 and solved by 10:30.
The system was not completely unavailable at any time.
The exact cause is still under investigation and will be communicated at a later point in time.
Op 2 december 2020 is het NMVS tijdelijk vertraagd tussen 21.00 uur en 22.30 uur. Het kan zijn dat enkele transacties daardoor niet verwerkt kunnen worden.
Impact: een tijdelijke vertaging van 30 minuten

Op donderdag 12 november wordt er noodzakelijk onderhoud dat niet uitgesteld kan worden gepleegd aan de firewall van het NMVS.
Impact: De systemen zouden tijdens het onderhoud in de lucht moeten blijven, het is echter niet uit te sluiten dat er sprake is van enige vertraging of uitval bij de afhandelingen van afmeldingen.

Network Maintenance Emergency Change
We would like to inform you about the migration to a new firewall hardware on recommendation of supplier in the datacenter network.
There is a risk of loss of service for the firewalls.
Impact: Even though the component are redundant, we expect delays and interruptions of individual transactions in the NMVS Core and NMVS Reporting during the switchover. All types of transactions are expected to be impacted.

Via dit bericht willen we u laten weten dat onze software provider het wildcard SSL certificaat op het domein *.nmvs.eu van de NMVS productieomgeving succesvol heeft gewijzigd.
We would like to inform you about the successful renewal of the wildcard SSL certificate of the domain *.nvms.eu for all PROD environments.
Hierbij informeren wij u dat NMVS tijdelijk niet beschikbaar is door de deployment van NMVS Core 1.08.006 op de PROD omgeving van Nederland.
Impact: De NMVS productieomgeving is tijdelijk niet beschikbaar tijdens de deployment van de nieuwe NMVS core software.
